Imagine That! Words and Music by Randy Peterson If I could I’d like to fly like an eagle in the sky. I’d take a shower in the rain and dry off in the sun again. Imagine that (Imagine that) It’s imagination. If I could I’d like to be a starfish underneath the sea. I’d take a ride upon a whale and slide right off his mighty tail. Imagine that (Imagine that) It’s imagination. Amazing places you could go, whatever you want to be, the most incredible things that you could do can happen easily in your imagination. (Imagination) In your imagination! I would surely have a ball if I were only one inch tall. I’d find a bowl of jello, nice and green, and use it for a trampoline. Imagine that (Imagine that) It’s imagination. I’d like to be a Christmas tree with lots of presents under me. I’d shine my lights for everyone and watch for Santa Claus to come. Imagine that (Imagine that) It’s imagination. Amazing places you could go, whatever you want to be, the most incredible things that you could do can happen easily in your imagination. (Imagination) In your imagination! If I could I’d like to zoom in a spaceship to the moon. I’d stay ‘till I got lonesome then, fly back home to you again.
